What is your role and what does an average day look like?
I’m a Senior Software Engineer working on the Data Sync frontend. What's the difference between a good sync and a great sync? The UI. A sync could be a black box, but here at HubSpot, we have a different vision. We’re creating a command center that delivers real sync insights for our customers. Sync stuck? Don’t worry, HubSpot has your back! No stone is left unturned to give our customers a delightful sync experience. Using physics to visualise the sync or applying binary search to provide a good scrolling experience, is not out of the ordinary.
Anything else you want to add that candidates may want to know?
If you work in Ghent, your pie consumption will increase by 4000%. It is incredible how much pie I’ve eaten since I started working here.
