Company culture isn’t just an HR priority at HubSpot. It’s a business priority. That’s why we’re passionate about creating a modern workplace where employees can build work around their lives, and not the other way around. Our Berlin office runs on transparency, autonomy, flexibility, and most importantly, amazing people.
The way businesses grow is changing. And our mission is to help them grow better. Across Germany, our work impacts the way people do marketing, sales, and customer success globally. That’s why we’re passionate about innovating and being on the cutting-edge of business today. Every day is a new opportunity to do big things.
Having work-life balance is good, but we believe having work-life “fit” is even better. That means you don’t need to choose one over the other … ever. In Germany, we have unlimited holidays, flexible work schedules, fitness reimbursement, and most importantly, trust. We trust you to do great work, and to unplug whenever you need to.
HubSpot is growing. Fast. That means there’s always an opportunity to learn and grow. But don’t worry, you’re not alone; we’re committed to helping employees grow their careers. German employees get comprehensive new hire onboarding, ongoing development workshops, tuition reimbursement, skills training, and more.
Whether we’re going out for ice cream on the first day of summer or celebrating Mother’s Day with treats in the office, there’s always a reason to enjoy time with your colleagues in Germany. We organize team outings, Mystery Dinners (a HubSpot tradition!), lunch and learns, or just find a comfortable spot in the office to hang out and catch up.
