We launched our French HubSpot blog in 2015 and since then have grown rapidly. So much so that we decided to officially call Paris home to our third European office in May 2019.
HubSpot sales, marketing, and support teams work in Paris to help businesses in the region grow better using our software and services. We’re only just getting started, so join the team in Paris to make an impact and grow your career.

Ophélia Mbimbe Culture Coordinator ParisMeet OphéliaWhat's one thing most people don't know about you?
I'm obsessed with flowers. I can spend hours looking at flowers and taking pictures of them!
What team are you on and what does an average day look like?
I am part of the Culture Team (that belongs to the wider People Operations team). I actually do not have a typical day as I'm always working on different tasks. I collaborate with different teams (Culture, DI&B, Employer Brand, HR & Recruitment, Facilities, IT, Finance etc...) and I work on various projects simultaneously. I love that! My main goal remains to enhance our employees' experience by offering various initiatives, programs, events and giving them special attention. I try to have a decent work-life balance, taking small breaks throughout the day and fully disconnecting when I finish my day.
What's one thing you love about the French team?
I love that everybody on the French team is so nice and helpful. We all share the same HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable & Transparent). It's also the perfect size, not too small, not too big so it's quite easy to get to know people when you join.
How does HubSpot's culture help you do your best work?
HubSpot's culture helps me do my best work by providing me with all the resources I need to be my best self, mentally, physically & emotionally. I love how HubSpot really focuses on its people, and genuinely takes care of its employees' overall wellbeing and mental health.

I have been living in 4 different countries: France, China, Luxembourg and Ireland.
What team are you on and what does an average day look like?
I'm working on the channel sales team and my goal is to develop the market (and its business) with our partners. I'm taking care of the French HubSpot Partners.
As a business oriented person, I take pride in ensuring the development of the people, the companies and the partners I'm working with and for.
What's one thing you love about the Paris office?
As part of the French founding team, what I love the most in the Paris office is building something from scratch. There are so many challenges and opportunities for all PariSpotters to build something big!
How does HubSpot's culture help you do your best work?
It's a constant "give and get" system which is helping everybody growing better in every way.

I'm a professional impersonator and I have a passion for food and travel.What team are you on and what does an average day look like?In my role as Principal Sales Manager, I lead the Paris office and the French channel sales team to help millions of companies grow better in France. That includes helping team members grow in their roles, hire and train new sales representatives, and ensuring our team works cross functionally with key people from other departments.What's one thing you love about the Paris office?It's really exciting to be a part of growing a new office.
